		<description>There are verbal distractions as well.  Attended a conference this weekend and many speakers told the audience what they would not cover, which only made me wish they were.  And others told us what they were going to address, which made me upset when they left things out that were promised.  Don&#039;t tell what you&#039;re going to do or not do, just do.</description>
